So a couple of days ago images of the new version of android aka. Ice Cream Sandwich hit the internet. The screen-shots show the OS running on an Nexus S. Even though we'll have to wait until later this year for a release, a lot of android fans and developers a like have been excited. Now for the general consumer these leaks may not be much to get amped up about but to me this all says "get read". Even though there is no update on a release date Check out the screen shots below .

New launcher and app drawer
Camera will have panorama mode
Gmail has been overhauled to go with the OS
Nexus S will receive the ICS update but the new Nexus device "Nexus Prime will get it first.
